Framework Online Class (Third Party)

Completing the eight-hour Framework Online course and a one-time counseling session. This a 3rd party online alternative to our live Homebuying Foundations class.

This online course is designed for:

• First-time homebuyers who cannot attend a live DevNW Homebuying Foundations online or in person (see calendar)
• Borrowers who need homebuyer education certificates to qualify for a loan

This online course is NOT designed for:

• Borrowers who need a homebuyer certificate for the Flex Lending Program requirement. Homebuying Foundations meets the certificate requirement.
• Borrowers who want to engage in more DevNW classes or more than one coaching session at no additional cost.* Homebuying Foundations also buys you a one year DevNW Membership for your household.

Get started : To get started, visit Framework Online, pay their $75 fee* and start the course. Click here for a video preview. You will not need to purchase a DevNW Membership as well.

Complete: Once you have completed the course, call our DevNW office at 503.779.2680 to set up an appointment with a DevNW HUD-Certified Homeownership Counselor. Upon completion of both the course and your appointment, you will receive your first-time homebuyer education certificate of completion.

*Please note that Framework is offered by a third-party partner with their own $75.00 fee. This fee does not apply toward a DevNW Membership. If you wish to purchase a DevNW Membership in addition to the Framework fee, there will be an additional $75.00 fee.*
